11 sec rule states: Rent/2 times 1000 = basically what you should pay for the property that will give you 10.4% yield.
Very few properties give this value at the moment.

Seeing as how most of the Australian population are Kiwis anyway, who cares how long it takes to chew your toe nails.
I do know that with so many Kiwis living in Australia it certainly raised the IQ of both countries.
