Just a quick question for Steve. Do you claim the movie tickets you give to your tenants on your tax? Also, do you personally manage any of your properties and if so, how many?

Of course the tickets can be claimed it is a gift to a client.
I do not self manage at the moment but one of them I am thinking about it as the tenant is fantastic.
