Amber Lounge was fun, all got together, just drinks and property talk, and Kays gf… [:X]
nah… actually it went really well, i left some time near 11ish but the guys stayed back, havent heard from them except for Chan$ so i guess they all had a late night. but it all went good… [^]

) And the place is burbwood was actually a great venue- thing is, when I walked back to the station, there were heaps of guys hanging out in groups all over the place- a bit intimidating :o(But I enjoyed myself a lot with the IP lads

Amber Lounge is really a good place to hang out with a banch of property investing groups. You can talk as loud as you like if you can bit the music I suppose.
I did have a chat about general things from propety to Monika and zebra toy…..COL…….COL…….
Kay was pretty friendly and nice to us all, eventhough at some points we don’t agreed but it’s turn out to be neutral agreement things just like neutral gearing.
