Just curious , ive only been on these forums for about 6 weeks or so and ive seen a fair few posts from Steve but none from Dave ? Probably a good reason for it and been mentioned before . Im a little surprised as i thought he would be a main poster being so experienced and involved in property investing Or is Steve posting on his behalf ?
