I thought I would just let u know that one of the houses I had spotted that was sold in Tassie, is now back up for sale for almost 100% more then they payed for it, just in settlement time. Any one from the forum? I doubt they would admit it anyway ……..LOL
Bought end of nov2003 $33K, is now up for sale for $65K after the seeds were cut down and some of the wiring was updated. If they get the asking price i think the spotters fee would have payed for itself many times over[:o)]
I wonder if they will get it….LOL, good luck to them if they do.
