I have just finished reading Steve’s book 0 to 135 properties and it has really excited me about beginning the journey into property investing and eventually replacing income. whilst I am studying at the moment i will be earning a full time wage as teacher and hope to gradually rely less on my wage until working is no longer necessary.[

Good luck with your plans. I hope if you do have spare time now you are looking at lots of deals and analysing them to see how they work.
this will be good practice for when you are out there doing it for real – and you will be much quicker at it then.
