This place is amazing! An 18 month old house designed to looking like a HC house to fit in with the other houses in the street! I have never seen such a thing before!

I had to think what a HC house was! I got it, housing commission, just doesn’t really look like the Vic version.
Why would you build a house that looks like a commission place? Maybe the old house burn’t down and the insurance covered “new for old” exactly? [:o)]

Must be some foreigner trying to be a developer and he doesn’t know what the surrounding houses are so he wants to blend in ?

May be it is a housing commission which burn down and now replacing another HC and on sale to public.
