There are many developers now who are selleng their properties direct in Queensland, this means no marketing and agents fees which can save many thousands of dollars off the retail price of new duplexes, town houses and house and land packages
This only means savings if the developer is not greedy, and is willing to discount the price by what it would cost to market them.
