    Hi Steve,

    I notice alot of posts are being moved to the correct area of the forum. I myself am a little confused as to the difference between “Exclusively Property” and “Property Plus”.

    PS. Keep all the questions and answers coming, I really enjoy reading and learning from all you experienced investors out there.

    Yep,

    I understand… it is a little confusing.

    The new forum will be released soon and the categories will be more obvious.

    For the time being… general property questions here… specific requests for help about situations in property plus.
