Normally I would want to manage my initial properties myself, however I am going overseas next year and I think its a bit risky.
Can anyone recommend a competent, well priced property manager that will service South Brisbane around the Beenleigh area? I was looking at rentalhotline.com.au but I have been advised that they have a lot of dis-satisfied tennants.

I am not too sure if they will go that far south, but I use Prime Property based in Toowong and have nothing but praise for them. The manager’s name is Barbara Mules and their phone number is 07 3377 5888.
