If you can’t see what’s wrong with this, then it’s probably unlikely that it could be explained to you. It’s just one of those things that most people know.

I still dont understand why you have a problem with it.
I am not a she.
If I have posted this question in the wrong forum, I aplogise. Would I be better posting this question in the Specifically Property or Property Plus forum?
I don’t think there is anything wrong with having a mailbox instead of an office. Many people can work at home these days, and don’t have a need for an office if they don’t have walk in customers.
It’s a slightly different postal address, and there is no suite mentioned, although there is on another site of his.
Now you have the numbers there, why don’t you call him and ask him? This isn’t even his site, and the guy barely posts here. why don’t you just contact him and ask him, and maybe then you’ll get the answer that seems so important to you.
I think its because its such a weird question, but I’m not disputing its validity, just relevance in the scheme of things.
I think “suite” sounds nicer, presents a more corporate feel for small businesses.
My own business lists a PO BOX as the contact address, but then I’ve been using my PO Box for years and find it convinient and was cheaper than establishing a “virtual presence”.
But I must admit a “suite” does sound like a nicer place to receive email than a po box
And whether one uses a PO Box or Suite, its handy to have a “fixed” business location for two reasons;
– it seperates your personal life from your business life (mainly in regards to mail)
– maintains consistency if you ever decide to move house (saves reprinting contact details)
But the others are right, Rick is overseas at the moment and only occasionally visits this forum, a quicker response would be to contact one of his companies which can be found by doing an internet search for “Rick Otton”.
