Actually Prop, I was think of only getting a house between 50k and 60k, therefore only using between 10k and 12k for the deposit. Plus closing costs. Shaune and Rachel are only charging $1000 for spotting fees.

Yes I think it should be +ve if you are putting 20% deposit and rent is 110-120.
$110 rent will make $600 positive per year ( before tax) if 7% interest rates and Interest only loan. And I am considering 1 week vacacny.
120 rent will make this $1072.
