Thanks for everyone who e-mailed me, I have be inandated by 100’s of e-mails. For the Investors who have e-mailed me I’m in the process of repling with the deals, unfortuntaly my typing speed is a little slow, so don’t worry, the e-mails with the deals should be sent within the next day or so.

im new to the forum and read some of steves commentaries. im aware that youve got a lot of responces to your email so when things quieten down could you give an example and mechanics of how it works

Glen here I emailed you reference the properties you mentioned. As I discussed I am living and working in Indonesia and have been for the past 6 years. I recently returned to Australia and managed to read Steve’s book so although new to this I am keen to see how I can make a start.
I would like to take a look at the properties that you have found? I’m happy to pay as fee as long as i can know abit more (Purchase price, yield, rent etc)
As per Rachels note on the 17th December, she is not accepting any more email addresses. She has also advised me by email that all the properties have now gone.
For those that did purchase them, (once the deals are sewn up,) would you be prepared to advise purchase price, rent return, type of property, state/territory etc.
