    Hi all

    Apologies if I’m standing on any toes here. But could someone explain the legal reason why we cannot talk about shares on an Oz forum?

    Does anybody know if the same rules apply to NZ forums?

    Hi,

    ASIC requires that people running sites that discuss investing in shares to be properly licensed.

    As we don’t hold a licence, we can’t accept posts.
