    Ok guys/gals,

    I want to get started in Positive Cash Flow investing.

    I will deposit $1000 into your account, if you can find me a good positive cash flow property.

    This is a win win situation, so think about it, good cash flow for you and a good start in property investing for me.

    Some of you mention ‘deals coming out of your ears’… Show me some deals and Let me SHOW YOU THE MONEY!
