    Hey all,
Im 17, I don’t have a job, but ihave about $50k that i want to spilt up into two deposits. I am looking for 1 or 2 cash flow positive house that abide by the 11 second rule. What stance would that bank take if i wanted to take out a loan of save 80% value, 20% deposit. And using the rent from the IP to pay off the loan, and still get money left over?
    Cheers Matt

Best I can offer you is a NODOC at 65% @ 6.85% variable.

If you get an ABN then an 80% LODOC is possible but rate will be higher.

    Best of luck,

If your looking at country properties, it will be very difficult to get an 80% lend.
