7.5% +GST plus 1 week’s rent for finding a tenant

Sorry guys I should have said. I ended up going with Jarrod Lane Real Estate at Coorparoo. His fees were only 6.5% and 1 weeks letting fee. So far I have found him to be very professional and honest.[
