    g’day.
    can somebody please recommend some good books to do with commerical property investment?

    And also, does anybody know where ‘mortgagee in possession’ sales or auctions are held (websites)?

    Look for “How investing in commercial property really works” by Martin Roth. It’s pretty helpful, and an enjoyable read.

    I’m not sure about mip sales, but have you looked at public trustee sites?
