losing badly i think

my total rental income is49300 say the refinance repaymants of approx 36000 leaves 13300 up to date ive had 99%tenancy take into acount body corp council and property management fees say 15000 total allowing for repairs etc leaves 1700 loss per year 32 per week a dam site better than 23537 per year even though i get 4200 back in tax thanks for stinging me into action guys time to see the accountant
