I have seen some posts on earlier threads which seemed to suggest laws regarding property purchase in the UK was still in the Dickens era. Thought you might like an update. In 2006 it will be compulsory for sellers to produce, at a cost to them of around £300, a sellers pack for a potential purchaser, which must include all information about the property such as structural report, known problems like bad neighbours or subsidence and local authority searches. Do you have anything like this over (under?) there?

PS I have just seen an ad for a box at the Royal Albert Hall on offer for £250,000 Any offers?
