    I currently have 5 rental properties in regional SA (Port Pirie) and am considering purchasing my first in Adelaide. The Saville Park Suites located in Hindley Street are frequently advertised as one of Adelaide’s best “blue chip investments” with a current lease until 2011 (+ 10 years). These hotel type apartments usually sell in lots of more than one. Does anyone know of any negative aspect of this type of lease arrangement.
