This is an exciting day for me!
Just signed my family trust documents with my accountant this morning (THANKS to Steve McKnight & Paul Harper for their brilliant Wealth Guardian package I have used).
Then will open a new bank account & get my mortgage broker to set up 2 LOC’s on my freehold PPOR (one for minor rennovations to our PPOR & the bigger one for investing).
However, at this early stage I don’t have a property investing experienced solicitor on my team.
Would anyone know of such a solicitor in Adelaide?
One that charges fair rates, is honest (wishful thinking here???
), and knows property investing strategies. In particular one that may know about lease options. As wraps are illegal in SA.Thanks,
