Hello,
I am wondering if any seasoned investors would be able to offer any advise or were able to send me a copy of spreadsheets that they have made up on Exel that simplify the whole deal to make it easier to asses the numbers.I am having a few problems setting one up for myself and would love some ideas from others who have used them successfully.

]Benny, do a search. Fudge and Kelvin have some good ones, and there is a website where you can download Fudge’s from (maybe Kelvin’s not sure on this one).
It’s at rentmaster’s website, but I can’t remember the URL.
