    Is it silly to buy on flood plain in rockie ?

    Silly to buy on a flood plain anywhere. Makes it hard to sell again and has implication for your insurance.

    most of those cheapies in Rocky are in flood areas… make sure you do your homework, some of them go well under when the fitzroy river comes up.

    Is ist true that we have to provide the tenants with other accomodation at our cost when the property is flooded?
