    Hi All

I am about to purchase a property in QLD but need to find a reputable conveyancer and solicitor. Can anyone recommend any that they have used?

Thanks for your help – have a great day [:)]

    Stoph
I have used O’REILLY LILLICRAP in Brisbane with good success. They charge a bit more than the cheap conveyancers but I had no problem with them and in fact found them to be proactive and very professional.

I am interested in the $295 + costs offer from Conveyancing Works. Has anyone used them?

In Townsville/Thuringowa I have used McDonald Leong. Would use them again if and when I was to buy again in Townsville – so I guess that’s a good sign![;)]

Do you know of any solicitors in the Cairns area, as we are looking to buy up there.
