I have used O’REILLY LILLICRAP in Brisbane with good success. They charge a bit more than the cheap conveyancers but I had no problem with them and in fact found them to be proactive and very professional.I am interested in the $295 + costs offer from Conveyancing Works. Has anyone used them?
In Townsville/Thuringowa I have used McDonald Leong. Would use them again if and when I was to buy again in Townsville – so I guess that’s a good sign
