I have been informed up to 90% of property investors do not take advantage of this tax break whereby deappreciation on buildings and fixtures and fittings go back on property up to 25 years old.
Quantity surveyors have charged me only $250 for this valuable service and it is a fantastic tax break

I find that when I tell people about the advantages of a QS depreciation schedule it is met with great skepticism (particularly in regards to older property). Only when they see the numbers afterward are they as excited as they should be.
