Did another trawl round a specific group this saturday and further signs of weakening are apparent. Sometimes the only one in the Agent’s book,and agents looking more vigourously for pre-auction offers, etc.

Your post seems a little cryptic. Do you mean you were the only one on the agents books looking at specific properties?
What area are you looking at? I’m in the northern suburbs and sales still seem to be moving along pretty well.
