    Hi folks… Just wondering – does someone still receive the FHOG when there’s no house on a property (only land)?

    My understanding is you can get it when building commences on your home. You can’t get it for land only though, or an investment.

    We’re building a house at the moment and from what we’ve been told by the bank, you don’t receive the FHOG until building commences so ANUBIS is correct.
