If only you knew what my head was going through…[
]I became a new member just this morning after I just bought the book just after someone mentioned Steve McKnight’s name in a coffee shop…and love the site – I do believe it is too overwhelming…I became lost and yet so relieved as I could now find answers…[:0)]
I have never seen a forum site with so many posts and information – Good on ya Steve…by the way – as mentioned above, I just got your book – it is a real good deal – recommended to all!
In particular – I love the the quotes on this forum…
Anyway, my head is boggling and I feel a headache coming on as I have been reading the amazing posts and their respective replies for the past 4 hours. – Thanks to all who have contributed – truly inspirational.

Don’t be scared to ask questions. Someone is sure to give an answer or tell you to use the search function at the top of the page.
Also don’t be afraid to print off answers because it can be difficult to find them again on the site.
Now as regards your headache coming on, I’ve found the best answer is to take an aspirin or similar. Then take a lie down and build up your strenght for another go at the site.
Postings come thick and fast at times.
