    I am interested in buying properties that are being foreclosed as I believe that they are cheaper. Is that correct? and if so, how do I find out where to find them?

    Please advise.

    Ruth,

    You are right, but you still have to be smart and calculate carefully rather than blindly believe they are cheap because of their status (foreclosed).
