Hi Folks
I am after some information on Kenthurst in NSW, we are looking at buying our next PPOR there.
What I need to know is any info relating to minimum lot sizes … I know that most are 5 acres … but is this across the suburb or does it vary. Is there any rumoured plans for being able to subdivide the 5 acre lots (I am especially interested in this information).
Anything else you can tell me would be great.

I am planning on speaking with the council, however I was looking for that secret information that the town planner won’t want to tell anyone.
Not being local anymore I wanted a bit of local knowledge about whats going on in the area in terms of development. Hopefully we have got a 75 year old retired Italian (like my next door neighbouor) forumite who knows absolutely everything going on even better than the council.
Any thought would be appreciated.
