Hi,
We are 1st time investerters and have the opertunity to build 2 house for $115000.00 in a strong rental market. We would love to here from anyone who has any advise on the process of purchasing the land and building the houses. Can you claim back the gst on building the houses as you can with business asset purchases? Do anyone have any advise on this also.
