    Anyone know of any deceased property web addresses for investment opportunities???? Especially in Tas??????

    To the best of my knowledge deceased estates are sold in the same manner as all other property, particularly in Tas. I have seen quite a few advertised on realestate over the last few months.

    Deceased estate doesn’t equal bargain however. You may wish to check with places like TasTrustees (don’t know if they are on the web) or similar companies handling probate.
