I loved the book and it provided a great insight to the world of property,
However now i have written many posts detailing my poor situation that is STUDENT with a CASUAL job.
I would like to attend your seminar to create a comparitiv advantage however i cant save enough for your next one in november is ther any chance you will be heading back to melbourne afte november?!
would be muchely appreciated.
Oh and i am the type that loves a challenge and after reading cash flow quadrants decided to create these systems needed to run an investment portfolio, as far as selection criteria and also being a commerce student i have included all the formulas needed to calculate if i could afford the repayments however, would you advise creating your own systems or would you stick to whats in the books?!
