hi all!! well ive just finished reading steves book and are now prepared to give it a go.
i have been looking for propertys all over west aussie that fit into the 11 sec test….am having alot of trouble as house prices are very high. maybe i’m just looking in the wrong places….i would like to hear from some positive income investors in wa and find out how they are going!!
