Hello all… Just a quick question for all you seasoned investors out there…
Are median rents and median house prices (obtained from statistical websites) a good indication of what to expect in regards to the property market in the various towns/suburbs. Can this be a good starting point in narrowing down to a select few and then conducting further research?
