    I have found a house that is most likely needed to be demolished. The land is zoned residential C which I believe is low density no flats?

    Its on a main Rd opposite a major shopping centre.
    Any thoughts on best strategy for possible use of this land.

    sorry i dont know about the best possible use for your land but the easiest way to find what zoning is what is by going onto your local councils website.
