    I have left two messages since last Thursday for a Finance Broker to call me. He did return my call yesterday and was to have someone else call me but as yet that hasn’t happened. I have purchased a property and need to arrange finance and to discuss our finance strategies and needs with our business, investment and wrap future. I am in WA and my current mortgage broker is a bit airy fairy about wraps. Can someone help please?

    hi judith,
    if you are searching for a broker i would highly recommend stuart from prosolution. stuart runs a very professional business and has been extremely helpful to us.
    stuart is a regular poster here on the forum is aware of some of the issues we as investors face.
    although he is based in melbourne, i would not let that stop you from contacting him. phone, fax and email get around the issue of distance nowdays[:D] business number for stuart 03 99097100

    Judith,

    My broker is Helen McCoy from Specialist Mortgage in Subiaco…..not sure if she’s up with wraps though (you’d have to ask her…….as I’m not up with them myself yet). All I know is that she is reliable, efficient, and is always flat out (work-a-holic). She has managed to get us through a couple of deals I thought no-one could pull off. (We are self employed/low income and investing in country props with postcodes not popular with a lot of banks). PH: 9382 8888. See what u think?
