I have just heard about a colonial for $155,000 that has just been listed which is suitable as a renovation project then to sell. Currently rented month to month about $130 pw
Its in Ipswich Qld.
I can get the house in my name (for capital gains purposes) but need a JV for loan.
Anyone know how I could get loan now?
We are selling our Unit in November so want to get colonial now but couldnt get loan until Nov when unit sold.
Anyone interested in JV? If living interstate we can do reno.************* (sorry, I’ve deleted your email… pretty sure this isn’t allowed, richmond)
