    Hi, I’m from geelong. Where is the best place to find a positive cash flow property between $50000 – $150000?[:)]

    Marshall,

    From some of the other posts, Geelong has been mentioned as well as Ballarat, Wagga Wagga etc so maybe in areas around you and these towns. I think people often overlook their own backyard for gems thinking they have to travel thousands of klms to find things.
