Property Manager I'd recommend and one I wouldn't

I can highly recommend AIPM property Managers (Australian Institute of Property Managers)
We have two IP with them and they are wonderful.
I would definately NOT recommend under any circumstances PRD Nationwide Ipswich

I have to agree with Casey, I have an IP at Springwood and AIPM were great. VERY professional, did a great job on their website advertising my IP for rent, they even cheerfully reduced their commission % when asked!!!!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED[]
Arty…. I got 7.5%, everyone else in my area from 8.5% upwards plus costs…

We have personally used Springwood office
You can say Kathryn Lucas recommended them.
They use to be called Property World

If they don’t have Vic offices they will be able to expand on the good will the Qld office has generated!!!
