    Firstly, has anybody out there purchased in New Zealand? Secondly, how does one go about it. eg financing, property managers, transfer of monies, tax, applying for a loan, government, etc, etc. How much can you borrow?
    Any advice, suggestions or opinions on buying in New Zealand would be appreciated [:)]
