    [:X]HI GUYS, I AM NEW TO THIS AND AN KEEN TO KICK ALONG, HOWEVER I FIND MYSELF SPENDING DAYS AT A TIME SEARCHING THE INTERNET FOR PROPERTIES. SO HAS BEEN VERY TIME CONSUMING, CAN ANYONE MAKE SUGGESTIONS FOR ME TO FAST TRACK THIS PROCESS. THANKS GUYS
