    ps They even mention there name (which I won’t)the lady had no landlord insurence souned like no p/m either (a lesson for me)she lived in Darwin the house was in Adelaide

    In my opinion this person got what she asked for, how can you manage a property in Adelaide from Darwin? all to save about 8% in management fees.

    Hard but fair.
