Need some advice please.
Am new to the IP challenges!
Currently looking at a potential, commercial freehold, IP within Gippsland (country area)
Basically 90K
What I need to work out is how should I organise the finance here.
Have a redraw facility on our home, enough to cover the amount of commercial freehold. Can this be done? Take advantage of cheaper interest rate. Or
Do I draw down another loan, how much more is the rate for a commercial property.
Return on investment around 8%
