Found a possible deal! Anyone interested?

Hi,
I had a look at a property which may attract someone who is living in Melbourne who can provide vendor’s finance (wrap). A tenant has lived in this house for seven years and would like to still live there.The vendor would like to sell it for around the 200 mark. The tenant also shows that he has proven to pay rent for a long time and he may want to buy.
