Good cost effective ads to attract commercial tnts

Hi there,

I’m looking at placing some ads on the Central Coast for office space we’ve got in Toukley. Currently we’re still 3x75m spaces vacant out of 8 so keen to fill them. Any ideas?

Should I add anything else. Cut the last line? What do you do? I’ve had mixed success.

Are there any great resources for this sort of thing in book form or on web sites?
