Property Seminars

I have heard a few property experts give their spiels here in the West (lomas, De Roos) and while they are entertaining I’m wondering what could be taught at these seminars that you havent heard in one way or another if you have been actively investing, reading and listening to others views (this forum and others) over a long period of time.

Are these just targeted at relatively inexperienced investors ?

Does the information provided justify the prices (thousands for the day or 2 day courses) ?

If you have attended and are a relatively experienced investor are their specific points that you got of the seminar attended that justified the high prices ?

Your thoughts would be appreciated.
