insurance again

Thanks for the replies to “when to insure” It seems the answer is overwhelmingly do it at contract signing time.
This I have done and I opened the yellow pages to be confronted with about 6 pages in the Geelong phone book of insurers. I phoned 4 insurers and got 4 different policies i.e. they covered all manner of different aspects to insurance, e.g buildings, chattels, loss of income, damage etc.

To help me save time and my sanity can anyone recommend a good solid policy that is geared towards investors.
