Now I need some advice urgent on commercial props Have one here:truck depot 5plus5 lease 280square m with 50m messsanine office plus extra 330sqm of land Rent $1650 pm nett annual CPI increases $220.000 It certainly fits the ‘half rent add three zeros’ well nearly, but I know nothing about commercial. What is CPI? what expenses am I up for? does this deal look good. Any help Please. Oh, in an area fast growing and about to get the train linked in.(passenger that is) Would like to know anything as don’t want to look moronic when I ring agent!
also, would like to know if anyone in Perth or around area has a meeting place to chat about all these issues. Please reply, need help!
